My action research was somewhat improving and almost done. I had been unable to get a camera to collect evidence and post on my presentation,and as of my delivery and student's progression, they will be done by tomorrow.
I have all my pictures saved in my camera, by the way the kids that I taught they still coming back. This is a fun thing to do and I really enjoy doing it.
Tonight is going to be my last day working with my students at my community. Today I am going to give them their post test survey for them to work on. I have gathered more pictures and thinking of putting it into a Powerpoint presentation. So far I have completed my Action Plan and its just my Literature Review that I am still working on to finish it before next week. Thank you Cheryl
I know that you already learned how to communicate with the Pohnpeian and observed some of the cultural practices that being performed in the conference. For us, the students, we already learned something from you about your language. Today, I will be working on my field work in teaching my students and this is last day for my teaching. I will also be working on my requirement for ED 489, Ed486, and preparing for the skit in fine Art.
I will be finishing up my Action Plan Report and the Literature Review. I'm having hard time citing the sources that I used especially with books that have more than one author.
Man it is raining "Cats and Dogs" it said that when you are new to a place it will RAIN so I guess it's you guys who are making it so wet and cold...Bye Dr. Rivera will be and will BE working on the Literature Review to get it done before we meet again...

I just want to ask for some clarifcations on some issues in our class, so if you can help please reply to my comment. How many pages do we need in our Lit. Review? And how many sources do we need to use? Please reply ASAP if you know the answers to my questions. Thank you all.

I just wish I'm in my home island so everything will be easier,in a way that I have lots of parents and children to work with. Yet, it was a great thing to do I have to challenge myself. Anyways, I will finish up everything this weekend. I am almost done with my Literature review, just a couple of things needed to change and finish it up.
I attended a session that was presented by Hermino Tihpen. It was based on Lapw kupwu,a Pohnpeian culture. He presented 3 levels of Pohnpeian language. They will be useful and good for our students.
Dr.Rivera, Thank you for being our teacher!! Its great to have you since we've learned so much new stuff and the activity you gave us was fun and motivates the kids we worked with a lot.
Hello BEST people!!...okay im finally done with my action plan and action research. I enjoyed carrying out my action plan steps, they were great strategies to use to motivate my students. I worked with students from the dorm due to limited time and the place I live at. I enjoyed teaching my students to be motivated in learning how to understand and comprehend what they have read through the graphic organizers that were taught in class and the use of role play. I can say that I have gained more information that will be useful for later use in the future when I am standing in my very own classroom. Thank you Dr. Rivera for your dedicated help and time, you have truly helped us in so many ways not only in class but outside of class, the PIBBA conference brought some new experiences to us candidate teachers, I personally enjoyed and learned during the PIBBA conference. I can look back and smile at the wonderful memories I have shared with all of you in class and outside of class.
